Keeping herself fit and fabulous, Ashley Tisdale was spotted going to the gym in West Hollywood on Wednesday afternoon (September 2).

Sporting a NY Yankees ballcap and workout gear as StarzLife.com photogs snapped up shots, the "High School Musical" hottie has been enjoying a little time off following the recent releases of her new album and new movie, "Aliens in the Attic".

Meanwhile, it was recently announced that Tizzie has been nominated for a MTV Latin America Video Music Award.

She's listed in the "Best New International Artist" category, tweeting to her fans, "Just found out that I'm nominated for a MTVLA award in the Best International Artist Category! So amazing!"
