Stepping out on what was a rainy morning, Ashley Tisdale was spotted out for her routine java pick-me-up earlier today (January 23).

The "High School Musical" hottie toted her Prada bag on one arm while carrying her coffee in the other hand, looking none too pleased to be having her picture taken so early in the day.

Meanwhile, Ashley's been busily readying for the upcoming release of her new album, along with developing a new series with Disney.

According to press reports, the show will center around her life - not bad for a 23-year-old!
