Ashley Greene: Stylish in Santa Monica

Making the most of a beautiful SoCal afternoon, Ashley Greene was spotted grabbing lunch with a friend at the Ivy restaurant yesterday (July 28).

The “Twilight” hottie looked lovely as she arrived at the Santa Monica eatery, sporting an orange sundress with sandals and a massive white handbag.

In related news, it sounds like Miss Greene narrowly escaped being reunited with her ex-boyfriend, “Desperate Housewives” stud Josh Henderson, in the upcoming “Eclipse” film.

Henderson was being considered for the role of college-student-turned-bloodsucker Riley, a nemesis of the Cullen clan, but the role eventually went to Xavier Samuel.

Josh told press, "I talked to Ashley about potentially being the new, college, all-American character that's a vampire in the third one. I went for a few auditions, but they went with an Australian kid."
