Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz: PURE Hosts

With both a marriage and a baby over the past year, as well as new albums for both of them, 2008 holds a lot of memories for Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz.

And last night, the newlyweds/new parents celebrated the year’s end and the coming of 2009 by hosting a massive party at PURE nightclub in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The “Outta My Head” songstress looked elegant as she hammed it up all night, sporting a black dress/black jacket/black stockings combo while her Fall Out Boy hubby kept it simple with a black suit/black shirt/black tie ensemble.

And when it came time to say goodbye to 2008 and ring in the New Year, Ashlee and Pete celebrated with a kiss!
