Amy Winehouse: Recovering From Caribbean Collapse

Looking as though the island life isn't doing much good in improving her medical well-being, Amy Winehouse has been admitted to the hospital after collapsing in the Caribbean late last night (February 13).

According to breaking reports, the "Rehab" singer was taken to a the Tapion Hospital on the island of St. Lucia after suddenly falling ill.

Slamming reports of a drug overdose, Winehouse's rep has claimed that the troubled singer "collapsed after running out of medication she had been using in her ongoing battle against drugs."

Fortunately enough, Amy's spokesperson added that the recovery process is well underway, telling that she's expected to be released from hospital shortly.
