Amy Winehouse: Drunkard DJ
Apparently attempting to expand her career options (in case she ruins her voice by her continuous smoking), Amy Winehouse was spotted behind the turntables during her DJ gig last night at the Monarch Bar in London.
She looked festive in a tied-up pink top and denim cutoff shorts as she double-fisted drinks and spun tunes throughout the evening. And in addition to her pay, it seems Amy walked away with a few other items.
On her way back to her Camden home, the “Rehab” singer carried a lamp from the club, as well as a flattened Budweiser cardboard box, swearing at the paparazzi as she made her way from the taxi to her door.
Meanwhile, Amy may be in the market for a new flat, if her neighbors get their way. According to a source, local residents are levying complaints against the troubled singer to their town council in hopes of getting her evicted.
One neighbor told press, “She’s nothing but trouble and every night she is partying. If she’s not inviting friends around to live it up she’s starting fights. I’ve already filmed some of the trouble Amy has caused on my video camera and I’ll be handing it over to the council to have a look at. Hopefully something can be done.”
