Amy Winehouse Charged with Assault

She's definitely been in her fair share of trouble, and now troubled singer Amy Winehouse will be facing yet another assault charge.

Stemming from a bust-up with staff at a theater in the U.K., the "Back to Black" babe allegedly kicked the venue's boss in the groin when he asked her to stop shouting obscenities during a Christmas show for kids in Milton Keynes on Saturday (December 19).

As previously reported by Gossip Center, it was claimed that parents in the audience had complained about Winehouse's shouting and cursing throughout the show.

The 26-year-old was then asked to vacate the audience and move to a private box, but reportedly attacked the manager, Richard Pound, rather than make to seat switch.

The latest reports indicate that Pound filed an official complaint with local Thames Valley police, and Winehouse was charged with assault earlier today.
