Alec Baldwin Blows His Top

Parenting can be tough. Just ask Alec Baldwin. Despite his divorce from Kim Basinger, Baldwin has remained in contact with his daughter, Ireland. However, after the publishing of his latest voicemail to her, maybe it’s not the best thing.

On the recording, Baldwin can be heard calling his 11-year-old, daughter a, "thoughtless little pig.” Charming. He goes on to say, “You don't have the brains or the decency of a human being," he says, apparently upset that she did not answer her phone for a planned call.

And the hits just keep on coming. Baldwin continues, "I don't give a damn that you're 12 years old, or 11 years old, or that you're a child, or that your mother is a thoughtless pain in the ass who doesn't care about what you do as far as I'm concerned. You have humiliated me for the last time with this phone."

After all that, Baldwin threatened to fly in to LA just to “straighten her out.” Man, is this guy the top contender for “Father of the Year” or what?

The recording was published on Thursday by US celebrity news site TMZ.com.
A spokesman for Baldwin says Basinger and her lawyer leaked the recording "in violation of a court order." The spokesman adding that Baldwin "should have used different language in parenting his child." If that’s not the understatement of the year, then I’m shocked.
