Adam Lambert: Grammy Fashion Expert

He’s been riding high on his “American Idol” fame, and last night (January 31) Adam Lambert was spotted at the 52nd Annual Grammy Awards.

The “For Your Entertainment” singer looked cool and confident as he worked the red carpet in a black suit with spiked-up hair and his own version of a bowtie.

Speaking of his fashion tendencies, Adam recently discussed his own style in Vman magazine’s “How to Dress Like A Pop Star” feature.

Lambert explained, “What I do has been done before. It’s glam. I’m inspired by the ’70s and ’80s. Bowie is a huge influence. So are hair bands. Why must a crazy look necessarily be gay? Our society is more fearful, I guess. And they don’t party enough. Everyone was partying in the ’80s.”
