Adam Lambert Chats with Ellen DeGeneres
Enjoying each other’s company, Adam Lambert appeared on the Ellen DeGeneres Show and spoke of his much-talked-about performance on the American Music Awards.
Sounding as if he had a bit of remorse in his voice, the American Idol runner up said, "I forgot that this was the first time people were seeing me on TV again after Idol…I think in hindsight, I look back on it and I go, 'Okay, maybe that wasn't the best first impression to make again or the first second impression.'"
Meanwhile, Lambert’s “Time for Miracles” has been used on the soundtrack for “2010,” but what he really wants is a song on “The Twilight Saga: Eclipse.”
The 26-year-old would love to feature “Suburban Decay” for the vampire movie. "It's a great song and I hope to perform it someday, and I think it will find a home, on a soundtrack or something ... maybe 'Twilight. It just didn't quite fit [in my album]. It's very theatrical. ... It's very campy, and it was just a bit too campy for the album as a big picture."
