2009 American Music Awards: A Star-Studded Affair

Setting the pace for a star-studded evening, top celebrities were spotted making their way to the Nokia Theatre LA Live for the 2009 American Music Awards last night (November 22).

Showing off her sexy style, Rihanna was more than happy to pose for the paparazzi in the arrivals area in a dramatic black and white strapless gown.

Also in the house were celebrity lovers Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban who looked like a picture of marital bliss as they headed inside.

Disney darlings Selena Gomez and Demi Lovato both showed up looking fabulous, as did Stacy “Fergie” Ferguson and Carrie Underwood.

And not to be outdone, “American Idol” alum Adam Lambert displayed some serious eyeliner along with a black suit with a skinny tie and a white button-up shirt.
