It’s looking like Criss Angel has gotten himself into a sticky situation that he won’t likely break free of, despite his illusionary abilities. It seems he’s married, and his estranged wife is gonna throw the book at him.

Angel’s soon-to-be ex, Joanne Sarantakos, is filing/suing for divorce and accusing the Mindfreak star of mental cruelty and abandonment. Furthermore, she is saying that he had an affair with Cameron Diaz, and hasn’t shared any of his million dollar earnings with her.

While she still has a strong following of fans who religiously watch 'Ghost Whisperer," it appears as if Jennifer Love Hewitt has lost a little clout amongst Hollywood A-Listers.

On Thursday, Love Hewitt was left to wait in line with the rest of the fans who showed up for Paul McCartney's "secret" performance at Amoeba Records in Hollywood.

It's hard to imagine, but at one time the famous Hilary and Haylie Duff duo were dueling sisters, playing out all of the typical scenarios of a sibling rivalry. And Hilary had a special way of pushing her sister’s buttons.

Hilary, 19, told press that her secret weapon was freezing her panties! "If Haylie had friends over to stay when we were little and they left me out I’d freeze their underwear! I’d wet the underwear, put them in the freezer and snap them to ruin them."

Just when everything looked to be getting back to normal between Britney Spears and her mom, the “Do Something” singer is taking legal action.

While there are rumors that Brit served her mother with a restraining order, TMZ is reporting that it’s not the case. It would be odd for the Toxic singer to personally deliver a restraining order to someone that she is trying to stay away from, anyway.
