If you’ve been digging on the new Jordache ads featuring British actress Elizabeth Hurley, grab a tissue. She’s just been dumped from the company’s add campaign. And guess who’s replacing her? Former Victoria’s Secret model Heidi Klum.

This announcement comes at a bad time for Hurley. She has also been dropped from fashion label Monsoon’s ad campaign, in favor of a younger model. The $2 million contract Hurley had with Monsoon will not be renewed because of poor sales that dominated the firm's accounts, despite their "Create A Storm" ad campaign.

Waitressing can be hard work. The long hours and rude customers can make the job grueling. The only reward is the decent money. But one waitress isn’t even getting that. Celeste Williams has filed a lawsuit against Jay-Z for not paying her for working in his club.

Williams is a waitress at Jay-Z’s trendy 4-0/40 Club. She is alleging that he has been violating the federal labor laws by making her work for only tips. She filed the class-action suit in Manhattan Federal Court.

Lindsay Lohan is turning 21 this July and companies are lining up around the block to sponsor the event. Pure nightclub, the Social House restaurant at Treasure Island and Caesars Palace are among the Vegas names to be included in the event. But the one that everyone’s talking about is Svedka Vodka.
