Showing that she’s completely over her ex-boyfriend Joe Jonas, Camilla Belle was spotted out with a mystery man in Cannes, France last night (May 17).

The “When a Stranger Calls” cutie looked lovely as she and her beau left Microsoft bigwig Paul Allen’s private party aboard the “Octopus” super-yacht.

Over the weekend, Ms. Belle was spotted at a swanky soiree to honor “Shutter Island” legendary director Martin Scorsese.

Camilla has been making the most of the 2010 Cannes International Film Festival, checking out film screenings and snazzy shindigs.
