Britney Spears Joins Stop Bullying Campaign

She’s no stranger to getting bullied by the press, and now Britney Spears is speaking up for children who experience verbal and physical abuse from their peers.

The “Toxic” mommy took to her Twitter page to share her excitement over being invited by President Barack Obama to join the cause.

Brit tweeted, "Anti-bullying is an issue very close to my heart. I am honored that President Obama & the First Lady asked me to join this campaign."

First Lady Michelle Obama explained, "We'll be talking with students, teachers and parents about how to stop bullying. And about the responsibility each of us has to make sure our children treat each other with respect."
