Britney Spears & Jason Trawick Spice Up Their Romance in Miami

Heading off to film auditions for "The X-Factor," Britney Spears was seen leaving her Miami hotel with manager/fiance Jason Trawick on Wednesday (July 25).

The "Toxic" singer looked polished in a light jacket and hot pink skinny pants with hair and makeup meticulously done.

Though Trawick was close at her side, sources say the pressure of the 30-year-old's new judging gig is putting a strain on her relationship. According to a report from Radar Online, "They are constantly fighting about everything, and it isn’t good."

The 40-year-old manager became the pop princess' co-conservator in April 2012, but has found himself in more of a personal assistant role lately. Another source revealed, "Now he feels like he is the househusband and errand boy in the relationship, and that isn’t what he signed up for. "

The insider went further to say, "He is constantly having to discipline her because of her erratic behavior on the show, which is creating major riffs in their relationship as well, because Britney doesn’t like to be scolded or told what to do.”
