Makeupless Barbara Walters Talks Mia Farrow's Mom

Showing off her natural look, Barbara Walters was spotted leaving her New York City apartment earlier this morning (January 20).

Wrapped in a fur trim coat and sans makeup, the talk show long-timer was escorted out to an awaiting ride while being whisked away for the day's work obligations.

The sighting comes just as Miss Walters was recently asked to share her life-changing career opportunity for Oprah Winfrey's magazine.

Barbara reminiscently said, “I was a writer for the Today show when the so-called 'Today Girl' was Maureen O’Sullivan, mother of Mia Farrow. She was a well regarded actress, but she couldn’t handle Today— the time cues, the hours. NBC needed a replacement for just 13 weeks, somebody they didn’t have to pay much—and there I was. And there I stayed for 13 years. Can you imagine? My whole career is made.”
