President Barack Obama Chats with Ryan Seacrest
It’s no secret that the USA is abuzz with election day excitement, and President Barack Obama gave an interview on Ryan Seacrest’s KIIS FM radio show this morning.
In an effort to mobilize young democratic voters, Obama made one last appeal on behalf of his political party.
Seacrest seemed to focus more on the tendency for candidates to produce negative campaign ads, as well as the recent terrorism attempts on overseas cargo planes.
The President also made sure to plug the successes of his administration thus far. "We live in a competitive global environment and the more we have the best trained young people in the world, not only will that be good for them, that will be good for the whole country."
Obama added, "The main thing I want everyone to remember is you can't shape your future if you don't participate. Young people all across this country, they're the ones who are going to make the difference, not just now but in the future."
