She’s been living it up in Cannes, France as of late and Bar Refaeli was spotted out and about on Friday (May 20).

The Israeli beauty looked smokin’ hot in a tight gray dress and aviator shades as she chatted on her cell phone while leaving the Martinez Hotel.

On Wednesday night, Bar attended the amfAR Cinema Against AIDS Gala at the Hotel du Cap Eden-Roc in Antibes, France.

She mingled amongst fellow hotties including Alessandra Ambrosio, Karolina Kurkova, Irina Shayk and Doutzen Kroes.
