Meryl Streep: 2012 BAFTA Best Actress Hopeful
She's veteran when it comes to the red carpet, and Meryl Streep added another appearance to her credits as she arrived at the 2012 Orange British Academy Film Awards in London, England on Sunday (February 12).
Held at The Royal Opera House, the Vivienne Westwood clad legendary actress was in quite the jovial mood as she hammed it up in the arrivals area while readying for the much-awaited BAFTA festivities.
Among the award hopefuls, Miss Streep is pitted against Berenice Bejo, Michelle Williams, Tilda Swinton and Viola Davis for Best Leading Actress honors for her work in the movie "The Iron Lady".
Meanwhile, this year's ceremony sees Stephen Fry as host while John Hurt is to receive the BAFTA Award for Outstanding British Contribution to Cinema.
