Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis Cozy Up Outside Spasso in NYC

Stopping for a cigarette break outside, Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis were spotted cuddling close outside of Spasso Restaurant in New York City on Saturday (September 22).

The "Two and a Half Men" star wore a plaid button-down shirt, jeans, and a white baseball hat, while his "That '70s Show" costar wore a white long-sleeved top and ripped blue jeans.

Officially, the 34-year-old actor is still married to Demi Moore, though the pair have been separated for over a year.

However, an insider recently revealed that Ms. Kunis doesn't believe the two actually tied the knot. According to Perez Hilton's source, "Mila’s now saying she and Ashton want to marry and raise children, and she’s assured stunned pals that he doesn’t need a divorce from Demi because the two were never legally wed in a civil ceremony… They got ‘hitched’ in a symbolic Kabbalah ceremony.”
