Plugging away at her growingly successful career endeavors, Ashley Tisdale was spotted leaving a local studio in sunny Burbank, CA on Wednesday afternoon (February 22).

The "High School Musical" veteran looked casually chic in a floral print dress, over-sized sweater and sunglasses as she made her post-session exit.

Tizzie's latest outing comes on the heels of other big career news for the always-busy starlet - as she has just been cast as the lead role in CBS' yet-to-be-titled Louis CK/Spike Feresten comedy pilot.

For her part, Miss Tisdale will play Petra, a beautiful and witty assistant to a vintage clothing designer struggling to find her place in the Big Apple

Her new announcement has landed her plenty of Twitter love from family and friends including fellow celebrity Julianne Hough.

The "Phineas and Ferb" sweetheart responded to all of the well-wishing tweets with an appreciative message reading, "#ifeelsomuchtwitterloverightnow."
