Making the most of the beautiful weather, Ashley Tisdale was spotted out and about in Toluca Lake, California yesterday (July 14).

The “Sharpay’s Fabulous Adventure” babe looked cute in a white top and short shorts as she played with a child while talking on her mobile phone.

Ashley is sporting her classic blonde locks again, a look she debuted earlier this week on a shopping trip to Planet Blue in Beverly Hills.

And coming up tonight, Tizzie will be hosting a birthday bash at PURE nightclub in Las Vegas, followed by a shindig at the Venus Pool Club tomorrow.
