Ashley Greene's "Americana" Monday

Kicking off the work week, Ashley Greene was spotted on the set of “Americana” in New York City today (April 2).

The “Twilight Saga: New Moon” cutie carried her adorable pooch pal Marlow under her arm as she geared up to shoot some scenes.

On her new show, Ashley plays a fashion designer, and she confessed that she’s already picked up some style tips along the way.

“Pat Field is the costume designer and she took a vintage coat and turned it inside out and then belted it, which gave it a really vintage distressed look, which was great. “

As for her personal favorite items in her wardrobe, Ms. Greene shared, “DKNY skinny jeans are always a staple for me, and they have amazing (and actually reversible) shearling coats that I’ve been wearing a lot.”

When it comes to music, “I like Pandora.com a lot because I just plug in a song and it goes. I’ve gone back to Ray LaMontagne a lot lately, Taylor Swift’s new song on the ‘Hunger Games’ soundtrack is so good, and I’m a huge fan of Bruno Mars.”
