Showing off her growing bump, Anna Paquin was spotted out walking her adorable pooch in Venice on Friday (August 24).

The 30-year-old beauty donned a flower-print dress, which she accessorized with a dark blue cardigan, oversized sunglasses and black ankle booties.

The ‘True Blood” star and her hubby Stephen Moyer just celebrated their eight anniversary and will have even more to celebrate once their twins arrive.

The 42-year-old recently dished about his current family, saying, “I love my kids beyond anything. They're the best things ever, and having two more is just going to be even more crazy [and] cool!”
