Pushing a shopping cart full of supplies, Andrew Garfield shopped at Staples in Studio City today (August 13).
The "Amazing Spider Man" star wore a black t-shirt with Jake the Snake on it, faded jeans, and brown boat shoes as he loaded his project supplies, including large black posterboard, into his car.
However, he's no Martha Stewart. The 28-year-old Brit recently told Nylon Guys magazine that he's sticking with acting. "For better or worse, and whether people like it or not, I feel like I'm in the right job."
Knowing that he's one of the fortunate ones, he went on, "it's such a double edged sword because I'm so lucky to be doing things that I love and care about, and acting for a living is a f**king hard thing to achieve - I don't take it lightly."
Afterwards, he spoke about the role happiness plays in his life, adding, "That question about happiness is the most important one of all. Because I do understand now that there is no such thing as 'top of the mountain. Beyond these mountains are more mountains. It is just what it is. It will never fill you up: chasing success, chasing achievement."
