Stepping out for a "Late Show" appearance, Amy Poehler was spotted walking into the Ed Sullivan Theater in New York City, NY on Tuesday evening (April 24).
Taking time to say hello to fans, the "Baby Mama" star looked adorable in a black pea coat over a light pink dress that she paired with bright pink shoes and curly hair as she signed a few autographs before her interview on the "Late Show with David Letterman".
During the sitdown chat that aired last night, Poehler was flattered when Letterman admitted he took the time to watch her hit show "Parks & Recreation".
"I got the first season of 'Parks & Recreation' and I gobbled my way right through that, and I thought this is fantastic," Dave told Amy. "It's very consistently funny. The cast is unequaled in television."
In response, Poehler gave a slight smile, saying, "Best cast in comedy or drama".
Check out the interview to also hear the 40-year-old actress openly talking about her kids (who seem just as funny as she is) and then tune in to watch "Parks & Recreation" on Thursday at 9:30 p.m. ET on NBC.
