Amanda Bynes Officially Charged with DUI

After multiple run-ins with the law, Amanda Beard has officially been charged with a DUI after her arrest in April.

As previously reported by GossipCenter, the “She’s the Man” star was arrested after side-swiping a cop car at 3 AM after out at a party in West Hollywood, CA.

According to a report put out by TMZ, the 26-year-old actress has been charged with one count of misdemeanor DUI.

The DA has sought a sentencing enhancement because the actress refused to take either a breathalyzer or a blood test and if convicted she could face anywhere between 48 hours and six months in jail.
