Alexander Skarsgard Teams Up with Joanna Vanderham

Hitting the set of the much-talked about drama, Alexander Skarsgard was spotted on location in New York City to film scenes for the 2012 picture "What Maisie Knew" earlier today (August 15).

The hunky 34-year-old actor, dressed in an all black ensemble, walked with a cup of joe in-hand while getting into character alongside co-star Joanna Vanderham.

Meanwhile, in last night's episode of "True Blood," Alexander's character Eric shared a highly-anticipated steamy shower session with Sookie (Anna Paquin).

After drinking Sookie's blood to recover from the damage of the silver chains, he encouraged her to feed on his blood, too, all so they could become "one."

Intoxicated, the pair take to the bathroom, where they find their way to the shower before heading to bed with one another.
