Alexa Ray Joel Returns to the Stage

Getting back on track with her musical career, Alexa Ray Joel was spotted giving a concert in New York City last night (December 20).

The 24-year-old daughter of Billy Joel and Christie Brinkley took the stage at the Oak Room for a very special performance, sporting a short black dress and massive red high heels.

Last year, Alexa Ray made headlines with her suicide attempt following her breakup with musician Jimmy Riot.

Ms. Joel told press, “I have a flair for the dramatic. I got caught up in my own head. It was a panic. I didn't want to die. I just didn't want to feel what I was feeling at that moment anymore.”
