Jean Dujardin Wins 2012 Best Actor Oscar

He’s had a career changing year and, as was expected, Jean Dujardin took home the Best Actor honors at the 84th Annual Academy Awards on Sunday night (February 26).

The 39-year-old Frenchman took the stage at the Kodak Theatre to accept his trophy and thank those who helped him achieve the magnificent feat.

A bit choked up and taken aback, Dujardin emphatically stated, "Thank you! I love your country!"

Thrilled over the accomplishment, Jean continued to thank numerous people including director Michel Hazanavicius "for this wonderful gift" and co-star Berenice Bejo before shouting out "Merci Beaucoup!"
