2012 Academy Awards Nominations Ceremony: Watch Live!

With the grandest of all Tinseltown awards shows set to unveil this year's esteemed contenders, the 84th Annual Academy Awards nominations ceremony is set to get underway in Beverly Hills this morning (January 24).

Taking place at the Samuel Goldwyn Theater, Academy president Tom Sherak will be joined by "The Hunger Games" actress Jennifer Lawrence in naming those in the running for ten of the ceremony's twenty-four categories beginning at 8:30 a.m. ET.

With live stream coverage of the festivities available in the video player below, early predictions expect the silent French flick "The Artist" to rack up the most bids for Oscar glory.

Meanwhile, individuals whose names will most likely be called out include George Clooney and Brad Pitt for Best Actor while Viola Davis and Michelle Williams are among the anticipated Best Actress nominees.

As for the show, the 2012 Academy Awards will be hosted by Billy Crystal while set to broadcast live on ABC on Sunday, February 26th beginning at 7 p.m. ET.
